Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms are clean and spacious, some even with a balcony offering a spectacular view of Magaluf beach and the swimming pool. The location is superb, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and close to all the action. While the service was mixed, the staff did help us with a room change, and the pool area was a nice retreat. Dining was a hit with delicious options, but some improvements could make it even better.

The hotel rooms were very clean and offered a comfortable bed with ample closet space. I also appreciated the nice toiletries provided, the free safe, and the effective air conditioning. The location near the sea, shopping places, and bars was convenient, especially with the good view from the balcony at night; during the day, there wasn't much to see. However, the hotel seemed to attract a crowd full of ignorant northerners, which affected the overall atmosphere.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a balcony offering stunning views of Magaluf beach. However, the layout of the rooms with an extra bed felt a bit cramped, and there were some maintenance issues like a dent in the wall. The staff were friendly and helpful but seemed to intrude into the room without reason. The location was perfect for a beach getaway, close to the sea and away from the noisy party areas, with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience, although diverse, was lacking in quality, and the DJ entertainment was not up to par.
